Another devupdate showcasting new units of Outfront 2!

This time we have some very interesting vehicles for you, one of it will have large usage in multiplayer. With the interesting and varieting technology Japan delivers it's truly a worth multiplayer nation. A lot of vehicles never saw action in combat due to mainland protection although they were fully developed or promising prototypes. Those vehicles will be featured in multiplayer to make Japan a stronger nation than many expect.

Type 97 4-Wheeled truck

Type 97 was based on an Isuzu commercial medium track and its parts are mostly identical to the Type 94 6-Wheeled truck. Until the end of the war Type 97 was the mainly used truck of the IJA and was seen on almost any battlefield.

Type 97 Chi-Ha 120

The Japanese Navy made a new Chi-Ha variant by replacing its gun with a naval 120mm gun. With such a powerful gun placed on such little tank this variant is very interesting for differant tactics than usual. The tank was deployd in Navy during WW2.

Type 5 Chi-Ri

One prototype was accomplished except for mounting a main gun when WWII was ended. Chi-Ri was planned
to mount a 88mm gun, which would have been converted from the Type 99 88mm AA Gun. Japanese officers claimed that one gun for such a huge tank would be a waste of potential, so an additional 37mm gun was installed in the front hull. Combined in speed, armor and firepower Chi-Ri could match with all Allied tanks.
